All Sales Are Final
At Rose's House of Beauty, all sales are final due to processing fees. We are unable to offer refunds once a payment is processed. If you’re dissatisfied with any service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment via email or text message. We are dedicated to resolving any issues, but refunds will not be provided. All payments are processed through third-party services like PayPal, Square, and Stripe, and clients are responsible for any processing fees and applicable taxes.
Store Credit and Chargeback Policy
If you change your mind after a purchase or service, we offer store credit valid for up to four months, which can be used for future services. Please note that a chargeback after a service has been satisfactorily rendered will result in legal action. We take fraudulent claims seriously and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies in such cases. To file a complaint, contact us via email or SMS within 24 hours of the service. We request a two-week notice period after a chargeback complaint is filed before you can officially proceed with your financial institution to initiate a chargeback claim. This allows us the opportunity to resolve your concerns.
